職位描述 Job Description:
1.負(fù)責(zé)科室年度、季度業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃的制定、落實(shí)；
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the annual and quarterly business plans of the department
2.組織、規(guī)劃、建立、持續(xù)改善公司制造過程及整車檢查流程，推動(dòng)過程質(zhì)量門的有效運(yùn)行；
Organize, plan, establish, and continuously improve the company's manufacturing process and vehicle inspection process to promote the effective operation of process quality doors
3.組織制定質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并實(shí)施過程質(zhì)量檢查及整車質(zhì)量檢查工作；
Organize the development of quality inspection operation standards, and implement process quality inspection and vehicle quality inspection work
4.組織實(shí)施對現(xiàn)場問題整改情況的跟蹤工作，并對質(zhì)量問題整改的效果進(jìn)行確認(rèn)；
Organize the implementation of tracking the rectification of on-site problems, and confirm the effect of rectification of quality problems
5.負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)檢信息的日常報(bào)表發(fā)布，及質(zhì)量檢查記錄的存檔，管理；
Responsible for the daily report release of quality inspection information, and the archiving of quality inspection records, management
6.負(fù)責(zé)檢測設(shè)備的管理，TPM維護(hù)；
Responsible for the management of inspection equipment, TPM maintenance
7.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門資源支持團(tuán)隊(duì)完成質(zhì)量檢查工作；
Responsible for coordinating relevant department resource support team to complete quality inspection work
8.負(fù)責(zé)組織團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)及培訓(xùn)，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力和業(yè)務(wù)能力；
Responsible for organizing team building and training to enhance team cohesion and business capabilities
9.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
崗位要求 Job Requirements:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或汽車工程相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive engineering
2. 5年以上國內(nèi)外知名整車企業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉整車生產(chǎn)流程，產(chǎn)品實(shí)物質(zhì)量提升工作；熟悉三坐標(biāo)測量檢查、檢測線檢查相關(guān)工作；
More than 5 years working experience in well-known vehicle companies at home and abroad; familiar with vehicle production process, product quality improvement work; familiar with three-coordinate measurement inspection, inspection line related work
3.熟悉汽車構(gòu)造與理論，汽車四大工藝；熟悉質(zhì)量管理五大工具、QC七工具、8D方法；具備整車開發(fā)階段質(zhì)量問題管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
Familiar with automobile construction and theory, automobile four major processes; familiar with quality management five tools, QC seven tools, 8D method; with vehicle development stage quality problem management experience is preferred
4.良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)組織能力，具有優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作、管理能力、執(zhí)行力；
Good communication and coordination organization skills, excellent leadership, teamwork, management and execution
5.良好的英文讀寫能力；
Good English reading and writing skills
6.熟練掌握Office等辦公軟件。
